About our spring-summer candle collection

I've always been someone who can't tolerate floral scents. My aversion comes from being sensitive to strong aromas, and floral scents often seem either cloyingly sweet or reminiscent of old-fashioned perfumes. However, modern perfumers are crafting inventive scent combinations that feel fresh, new, and complex. The heavy, powdery experience has been replaced with elegant green notes, like our Bloom candle. This year, we've discovered more exclusive floral scents and imported them for our candle collection. As always, these scents are free of parabens, phthalates, and Prop 65 warnings. Our new spring-summer scents include:

Florencia

Florencia means 'bloom' in Spanish, symbolizing prosperity and flourishing. This modern white floral bouquet captivates with its warm, addictive finish. Base notes of Tongan vanilla and dark narcissus create a luxurious ambiance that becomes more prominent as you burn the candle.

Maui

My friends and family snatched up the first batch of this candle in April before I could list it on the website. The initial note of frangipani (plumeria) is striking, anchored by tobacco leaf, vetiver, and dark vanilla. This exotic blend evokes the allure of a tropical paradise.

Rio

Rio, with the rhythm of samba and scenic mountains and beaches, offers a rejuvenating escape. Top notes of orange, magnolia, cherry blossom, and key lime blend with frangipani, pomegranate, sensuous plum, and sultry jasmine. Anchoring notes of sandalwood, vetiver, and sheer woods ground this exotic fragrance.

Sunlit Jasmine

Sunlit Jasmine is a unique floral and fruity mix that’s hard to pinpoint. You'll catch a citrus aroma with accents of jasmine sambac, cashmere, and teakwood. Striking and bright, Sunlit Jasmine evokes the perfect island holiday filled with sunny days and sultry nights.

Banana Lounge

Transitioning from floral to warmer scents, Banana Lounge doesn't smell like a simple banana but offers a complex coconut and spice profile. Inspired by a popular hotel resort, this fragrance combines banana, clove, pineapple, ginger, and vanilla, making it tropical, sweet, spicy, and warm.

Beachwalk

Experience the refreshing scent of a day at the beach with our Beachwalk Candle. A blend of heliotrope, bergamot, and coconut milk, combined with musk, pink pepper, and ylang-ylang, transports you to a sun-kissed paradise. This candle is inspired by Maison Margiela's Beach Walk.

Tibet

Originally wanting to name this candle 'Ramu' after a place in Bangladesh associated with my childhood, I chose 'Tibet' to evoke the same sacred, spiritual essence. This candle recalls the meditative calm of Buddhist monasteries and ancient temples with spicy cedar top notes, sandalwood, and amber. Enchanting and calming, Tibet is earthy, luxurious, and filled with an aura of peace, love, mystery, and spirituality.
